How to Create a New Ticket
Go to website > http://www.farousa.com/helpdesk
Click on 'Submit a Ticket' > Select your Category (General if unsure)
Fill out the form with as much detail as you know - This makes troubleshooting faster. Include snapshots, IP addresses, etc. where applicable.
Then click 'Submit Ticket' at the bottom of the page.
You will get an email notification when your ticket gets a response or you can check directly on the Helpdesk Webpage (above), select 'View Existing Ticket'. You will need to enter Ticket Tracking ID.
