Meet our Officers
President and CEO
Todd Davis is a shareholder and President & CEO of Faro Logistics Solutions. Todd holds a BS in Business Logistics and Marketing with a Minor in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. Todd began his FARO career in 1991 as a warehouse supervisor eventually holding many positions throughout the operational hierarchy. Before becoming CEO he took the position as CFO incorporating his extensive operational experience with the financial responsibilities needed to guide the company to success.
After becoming President & CEO in 2012, Todd was presented with the challenge of rebranding and expanding the company to new heights according to the vision of his fellow shareholders and the Board of Directors. As the CEO he is using his extensive experience in all aspects of the business consisting of Sales, Finance, Operations, Real Estate, Legal and Human Resources. He also holds the same position with FARO’s subsidiary company FARO Cargo Handling Solutions, FARO’s airline cargo operation.
Todd currently resides on the Board of Directors as President. He has been a member of the Board since 2004 holding the positions of Secretary and Treasurer. With the help of his team he has expanded the company nationally and will continue to do so in making FARO a preeminent leader in the Third Party Logistics field.
Chief Business Development Officer
In 1996, he relocated to California and played a key role in the development of Faro’s west coast operations. While there, he was responsible for both sales and management for the Los Angeles area. Toby help build Faro’s west coast office into a thriving, multiple facility organization in the region that is essential to servicing Faro’s clients today.
In 2014, Toby moved back to Faro’s corporate office in Columbus, Ohio. He focuses on sales and relationship management as Chief Business Development Officer. He provides direction and executive leadership to advance all areas of the organization by aligning Faro more closely with customers while driving profitable growth and shareholder value.
Chief Operations Officer
Rich Greathouse is a shareholder and Chief Operating Officer at Faro Logistics Solutions. After graduating from Glenville State College with A BS in Business Administration and a minor in Economics in 1992, Rich joined Faro starting as a warehouse supervisor.
Rich has held many positions in both operations and transportation during his tenure at Faro. He has been successful in implementing processes and infrastructure to streamline the supply chain for many of Faro’s key accounts. The accounts span industries from retail to manufacturing sectors.
In order to solidify Faro’s quality processes, Rich and the management team at Faro implemented ISO 9001 standards throughout all FARO facilities earning their ISO certification in 2016. He has been successful in leveraging Faro’s systems and technology to provide customized integration with their customers throughout the supply chain.
Rich provides focus on operational excellence to create customized solutions for all of Faro’s customers.
Rich Ashton is a shareholder and Vice President of FARO Logistics. He graduated from Heidelberg College in 1985 with a bachelor of science in business management and a minor in computer science. While at Heidelberg, he was an academic All-American in both football and baseball and graduated cum laude.
Rich has been with FARO from day 1. He started as a receiving supervisor in 1987. As time passed, he worked in almost every capacity from operations to sales to finance. He has been the point man to open our facilities in Dallas, Los Angeles, Houston, Jacksonville and Chicago. Recently, he championed a successful campaign to earn FARO its prestigious ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Chief Financial Officer
Lori Jones has served as Chief Financial Officer since October 2014. In this role, she is responsible for all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis and forecasting needs. Previously, Mrs. Jones served as Director of Accounting from July 2009 to September 2014 where she was responsible for upholding strong financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate and reliable financial information and enhancing internal control. Mrs. Jones is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs.
