Unblocking an email address

Sometimes we inadvertently block an email for someone we shouldn’t and these are the steps to correct the issue in the Faro Interchange Web Interface Client

1)Log into Interchange a.Open a blank Web Page i.Use either if local, or https://smtp.FaroUSA.Com if remotely access the mail server

2)Enter your user name i.e. john. doe and your password

3)Click on the Options menu item

4)Click on the Block List Menu item

5)Either pick from the list of blocked recipients or pick a letter from the alphabet list and find the one you are looking for.

6)Place a check in the box next to the name in question a.Click the Delete Selected button

7)If done click the Inbox Menu item and you are done or remove the others from the list until completed.
