Each employee must be responsible to transmit the principles and procedures of security in his/her respective area.

 

 

 

 

 

Dress Code:

 

 

 

Each employee must wear his/her picture ID badge at all times.  If an employee forgets his/her ID badge, then he/she must report this to the supervisor and a temporary badge will be given for the day.

 

 

 

If an employee loses the ID badge, he/she must report this to the supervisor and must pay $5 for the replacement.

 

 

 

Employees are not to wear provocative attire; this will be determined by the Department Manager.

 

 

 

No open toe shoes are allowed.

 

 

 

Shirts are to be worn at all times.

 

 

 

 

 

Employee Entrance and Emergency Exits:

 

 

 

General warehouse employees must access the warehouse through Warehouse Door A.

 

 

 

Office personnel and customers must access the Company by the main entrance.

 

 

 

All access doors must be free of all objects both inside the warehouse and outside.

 

 

 

All access doors must be locked at all times.

 

 

 

 

 

Daily Employee Sign In/Out:

 

 

 

An employee sign in/out sheet will be provided in the office. 

 

 

 

Each employee must legibly sign his/her name with start time and exit time.  Management personnel will confirm sheet is complete and accurate.

 

 

 

This form will be used to verify payroll issues as well as in emergency situations to verify all employees are present.

 

 

 

 

 

Food and Drinks:

 

 

 

Food and drinks must be kept in the designated break room area.  Microwaves and a refrigerator will be provided for break time and lunch time eating.  No food or drinks are permitted in the general warehouse or work areas.

 

 

 

 

 

Taking items from the warehouse:

 

 

 

FARO Services, Inc does not own the items and materials stored in the warehouse.  NO items or merchandise are to be taken from the warehouse.  

 

 

 

Inspections:

 

 

 

Each employee entering and exiting the building is subject to an inspection of personal items, such as but not limited to: food containers, plastic bags, purses, jackets, coats, pockets, etc.
